How to get prepared for pregnancy?

Exercise regularly
Walking for 20 minutes every day, doing some yoga and stretching your limbs every hour will keep your muscles and joints flexible. However, running on the treadmill, rigorous strength training and lifting weight is not recommended at all.
Eat nutritious food
Your doctor will provide you with a diet chart. Include vitamins, calcium, protein, carbohydrates, minerals, fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet. Moreover, say straightforward ' NO' to alcohol and smoking.
To deter infection, keep the house tidy
During your pregnancy, you can't afford to be ill. As you cannot prevent each and every infection from touching you, for as long as you can, you can take measures to avoid sickness. You can keep multi-use wipes and sanitizer apart from washing your hands with antibacterial soap or handwash during the day, and use them every time you touch surfaces others have touched. It's also a pretty good idea to install an air purifier as an additional safety measure in your baby's room.
Use antiseptic and antibacterial cleaners to preserve the house
This measure should be taken to prepare for the arrival of the baby. For up to one year your baby will be extremely delicate and will catch infections from germs and bacteria quite readily.
